Job Summary
Pharmacy Intern role at CVS Health within a Retail pharmacy setting. You will support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and provide caring service, while learning through a comprehensive training roadmap focused on Key Learning Experiences. Responsibilities include assisting with SOP adherence, supporting immunizations and patient counseling when appropriate under supervision, handling telephonic prescriptions and prescription clarification, contributing to inventory and workflow efficiency, and traveling to stores in the market as needed to meet business needs. Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and patient-service oriented
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
