Job Summary
3rd year Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health supporting pharmacy teams across operations: following SOPs, assisting with production, drive-thru and reception duties, counseling patients when appropriate, taking telephonic prescriptions for clarification, assisting with immunizations where allowed, performing inventory tasks, and contributing to a safe, inclusive patient-centered environment. Responsibilities emphasize accurate prescription fulfillment, patient care with empathy, interdepartmental collaboration, and ongoing professional development through a structured KLE-focused training roadmap under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. The role requires flexibility for store-level shifts, travel across the market as needed, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Pay range is $20.10-$23.10 per hour for part-time scheduling, with benefits described during application.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
