Job Summary
Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health, a 3rd-year pharmacy intern role under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will be part of the pharmacy team delivering patient care, with responsibilities across patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management (excluding final prescription verification). You will lead with empathy and compassion for patients and colleagues, seek opportunities to grow and collaborate, align others around the company’s purpose, and help foster a caring, energetic, and proud team culture. Education/eligibility includes enrollment in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy; required licensure or licensure-in-process for intern/technician roles; ability to attend nights and weekends; and willingness to complete state-guided training. Pay range for this part-time role is $18.00-$19.75 per hour (annualized to $37,440-$41,080 for full-time equivalence). Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods
- Lift, scan, and bag items; Finger Dexterity; Visual Acuity; ability to communicate information to colleagues and customers
