Job Summary
Manage patient care programs and ensure safe, effective retail pharmacy operations under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Deliver exceptional care by addressing patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service while handling inventory and workflow management. Lead with empathy and compassion for patients and colleagues, collaborating to improve outcomes and align with company purpose. Complete all required training and obtain necessary licensure within state guidelines, maintaining regular attendance including nights and weekends. Assist with patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs; exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently
- Ability to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts
- Ability to orally communicate information and instructions to colleagues and customers
