Job Summary
Manage patient care programs and ensure a safe retail pharmacy environment under direct licensed pharmacist supervision. Deliver authentic care to patients while handling customer service, inventory management, workflow management, and quality assurance. Lead with empathy, collaborate on team culture, and adopt new methods to improve outcomes. Complete all required training, obtain licensure, and fulfill state guidelines. Work nights and weekends with regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs; exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently
- Ability to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts
- Ability to orally communicate information and instructions to colleagues and customers
- Ability to complete all required training and obtain required licensure (if applicable) within state guidelines
