Job Summary
3rd year Pharmacy Intern will support pharmacy teams in ensuring safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care across CVS Health retail locations. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with immunizations and patient counseling, handling telephonic prescriptions under supervision, contributing to inventory tasks and cycle counts, and participating in a comprehensive training roadmap to develop clinical and technical knowledge. The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and adapting to store needs, with optional immunization certification pursued as regulations allow. Travel to stores in the market may be required to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
