Job Summary
3rd year Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health within Retail locations, supporting pharmacy teams to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service while completing a comprehensive training roadmap (KLEs) to prepare for a pharmacist role. You will assist with pharmacy workflows across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off; counsel patients, answer medical questions, and facilitate prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist; participate in immunizations and other services where legally allowed; maintain SOPs and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture; travel optionally to stores in the market to support business needs; and demonstrate empathy and effective communication with patients and colleagues. The role emphasizes learning, growth, and development through hands-on experiences, with emphasis on patient safety, accuracy, and high-quality service, and requires flexibility for scheduling including nights and weekends. Pay range is $18.00-$19.75 per hour for a part-time position, with benefits eligibility outlined during application.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Ability to become immunization certified
- Ability to work in home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
