Job Summary
Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health, 3rd year pharmacy intern working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist in a Retail Pharmacy setting. Responsibilities include patient safety, adherence to regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory and workflow management, and delivering exceptional patient care. Lead with empathy in patient interactions, collaborate with team to improve outcomes, and support immunization activities as regulations permit. Requires enrollment in ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and possession or progression toward intern/technician licensure; regular attendance including nights and weekends; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Part-time role with benefits; pay range $18.00-$42.00 per hour, annualized to $37,440-$87,360 depending on hours and eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
