Job Summary
3rd year Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health. You will be immersed in a training roadmap under a preceptor, applying didactic pharmacy education to real-world practice. Responsibilities include supporting pharmacy operations to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, delivering empathetic patient service, counseling patients when appropriate, assisting with immunizations and other services, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to enhance patient experiences. The role involves flexible scheduling, potential travel to stores in the market, and comprehensive onboarding to build clinical and technical knowledge under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
