Job Summary
Pharmacy Intern (part-time) at CVS Health in Norristown, PA. Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the intern helps deliver safe, effective retail pharmacy care. Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
- Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Mobility and uprightness for extended periods; ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed
- Ability to transcribe, read, and visually inspect small parts
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Prioritization and workflow management in a retail pharmacy setting
