Job Summary
Pharmacy Intern needed to join CVS Health’s pharmacy team as a 3rd-year intern under licensed pharmacist supervision. Responsibilities include contributing to patient safety and quality of care, assisting with pharmacy operations such as inventory and workflow management, supporting customer service, and participating in patient care programs. The role emphasizes empathy, collaboration, growth, and alignment with the company’s purpose to improve access and reduce costs in health care. The position requires regular attendance, the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, mobility for tasks, and completion of required training and licensure within state guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
- Ability to have regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
- Complete any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
- obtain required licensure (if applicable) within state guidelines
