Job Summary
3rd year Pharmacy Intern in CVS Health Retail locations. You will support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, assist with patient counseling and immunizations where allowed, follow SOPs, contribute to a positive patient experience, complete a comprehensive training roadmap (KLEs), and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while traveling to stores in the market as needed. Key duties include following workflow procedures, learning through hands-on practice, providing empathetic customer service, assisting with immunizations as permitted, fielding medical questions under supervision, maintaining patient privacy, and collaborating with pharmacists and technicians to support safe medication delivery and patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
