Job Summary
Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health (3rd year pharmacy student) working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You’ll play a critical role in a Retail Pharmacy environment, focusing on patient safety, quality assurance, and the delivery of pharmacy services. Responsibilities include patient care program adoption and management, supporting pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, inventory and workflow management, and customer service. Preferred qualifications include immunization eligibility and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. This is a part-time position offering training and licensure within state guidelines, with a focus on growing clinically and professionally within the pharmacy team.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
