Job Summary
3rd-year Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health. You will apply didactic learning from your pharmacy program to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist, following a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs, SOPs, and leadership guidance. Responsibilities include supporting pharmacy operations to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, counseling patients, assisting with immunizations where allowed, handling telephonic prescriptions, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a high-performing, empathetic patient experience. The role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and expanding clinical and technical knowledge while remaining flexible to store needs and travel within the market. The position is part-time, on-site at a CVS Pharmacy, with opportunities to grow toward pharmacist responsibilities; travel to stores in the market may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
