Job Summary
Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor role in Allcare Clondalkin focusing on delivering excellent customer service, providing product information across all ranges, and advising customers. Responsibilities include stock control and merchandising as directed by the Managing Pharmacist, assisting in all areas of pharmacy operations, maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, handling OTC medicines using WWHAM questioning, ensuring cash handling accuracy and security, maintaining a clean and safe pharmacy environment, participating in training, and supporting stakeholders across the Allcare network to meet company goals. Key requirements include 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, discretion with confidential information, organizational ability, and basic IT skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality is preferable
- Cashier experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use discretion when addressing customer queries and to treat customer/patient information confidentially
- Good attention to detail
- Organised with a proven ability to multi-task successfully under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills are an advantage
