Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician

Remove out of date and expired medications using proper company procedures. Perform, under direct supervision of a Pharmacist, the direct preparation and filling of prescriptions, including non-auto counted drugs. Label bottles and prepackaged items accurately while replenishing canisters with consumables needed for fulfillment. Operate semi-automatic cabinets to fill customer orders and recognize, address, and escalate system issues. Report errors, omissions, and incidents to the Pharmacist on duty. Train and mentor new team members while maintaining a clean work environment to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal policies, including HIPAA. Maintain production rates and meet quality expectations as determined by leadership.
