Job Summary
Pharmacy Fill Technician on 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00am, rotating weekends) responsible for accurate preparation of prescriptions, including picking, labeling, scanning, and final preparation for pharmacist verification. Responsibilities include pulling medications, accuracy checks, processing daily drug orders, assisting with returns/disposals, pre-packing medications, labeling/stocking, packaging materials, maintaining a clean workspace, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and adhering to safety/dress policies. Requires attentiveness, ability to work varied shifts, physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds, and high school diploma with state licensure/certification as a pharmacy technician. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations and state of practice
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred (one or more years of long-term care experience preferred)
