Job Summary
Pharmacy Fill Technician responsible for accurately preparing prescriptions, including picking, labeling, scanning, and final preparation for pharmacist verification. Also assists in maintaining an organized workspace, processes returns, pre-packs frequently ordered medications, labels and stocks materials, and ensures compliance with HIPAA and safety policies. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and state pharmacy technician licenses/certifications; 1+ year of long-term care experience preferred. Schedule is 1st shift, Mon–Fri; location in Warrington, PA. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy technician licenses/certifications required by state regulations and state of practice
- One or more years of long-term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name/generic medications
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Able to work at a moderate speed
- Able to work during inclement weather
- Reliable
- Good organization/Attention to detail
- Analytical/Problem solver
- Able to physically perform light lifting
- Must be able to work various shifts and days
