Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the Medication Management Alignment efforts across divisions/facilities, driving implementation timelines, gap analyses, and cross-functional collaboration to align MMA standards within the Expanse environment; engage facility/pharmacy leadership in change management, inventory analysis, and implementation planning while communicating initiatives from the MMA and Pharmacy Informatics teams to advance patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist (U.S. based) – Required
- Minimum of 2 years Acute Care Pharmacy experience – Required
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in healthcare – Required
- Minimum of 1 year Clinical/Pharmacy Informatics and Electronic Health Record experience required with experience in implementations – Preferred
