Job Summary
Pharmacy Dispenser supporting the supply of CMBP in a specialist private pharmacy, working alongside specialist Clinical Pharmacists to make CMBP more accessible for patients. Evening shift from 12:00pm to 9:00pm. Responsibilities include receiving and validating prescriptions, processing patient information, supporting the Responsible Pharmacist & Technicians, acting as first point of contact for queries, maintaining records for CMBP supply, stock and security, communicating prescriptions to the Department of Health to meet regulatory requirements, and supporting governance to ensure safe operation.
Required Qualifications
- UK qualified Pharmacy dispenser
- Ideally CPD-accredited medical cannabis educational programme
- Experience in working in the pharmacy dispensary either primary and/or secondary environment
- Excellent communication and customer care
- Good computer literacy with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
