Job Summary
Direct the pharmacy department by developing, implementing, and evaluating hospital pharmacy practice to align with professional best practices. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws while recruiting, hiring, and retaining competent pharmacy staff. Create annual budgets, submit capital expenditure requests, and review policy and procedures annually. Requires a Pharm. D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, Tennessee licensure, and 5+ years of pharmacy experience including 3 years in hospital management. Base salary ranges from $148,000 to $220,000.
