Pharmacy Director

Direct pharmacy operations, manage workforce and staffing to optimize production and contain labor costs, and control pharmacy costs to meet or exceed budgeted cost per script. Lead the team in building an effective workforce, implement core processes, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manage personnel issues including hiring, evaluations, and payroll while maintaining positive customer relationships through quarterly business reviews and resolving issues with clients and staff. Monitor and approve payroll, manage physical inventory, and provide timely reports as required. Work Monday through Friday with possible weekend coverage as needed in Horsham, PA.
