Job Summary
Inspect assigned vehicles for fluid levels, gas, and air pressure, completing daily reports and noting any issues. Verify orders are properly processed and bagged, then follow pre-assigned routes to meet daily medication delivery deadlines. Return community items to the appropriate areas after each run and file all required documentation, including written and digital signatures. Complete on-site medication replenishments at client communities on a regular schedule and assist with community returns in pharmacy software. Communicate any client concerns to management and act as a liaison between communities and the pharmacy. Work weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as operational needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Violation free driving record
- General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot basic computer problems
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and alternate shifts
