Job Summary
Inspect assigned vehicles daily for fluid levels, gas, and air pressure, then complete and file all required documentation including digital signatures proving delivery. Verify orders are properly processed and bagged, follow pre-assigned routes to meet daily medication delivery deadlines, and return community items to the appropriate areas after each run. Assist with community returns in pharmacy software, communicate client concerns to management, and perform on-site medication replenishments at client communities on a regular schedule. Act as a liaison between communities and the pharmacy while maintaining a violation-free driving record. Work weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as operational needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and a 'violation free' driving record as per the driver's eligibility requirements
- General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot basic computer problems
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and alternate shifts for PTO/staffing coverages as 24/7/365 operational needs dictate
- Must be able to withstand prolonged or considerable walking, standing, reaching, stooping and bending
- Must be able to lift, position or transfer supplies and equipment; minimum lifting required is 60 lbs
