Job Summary
Conduct daily pharmacy operations including assembling and processing prescriptions, collecting prescriptions from doctors, and driving awareness of services like Medicines Use Reviews. Support the Pharmacist with patient services such as blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes while maintaining accurate record keeping. Adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures and communicate effectively with customers to resolve health issues and guide them to appropriate products. Complete an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within six months. Work a 36-hour week across a rotating shift pattern including weekends, with an enhanced safeguarding check required for employment.
