Job Summary
Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and assisting with product locations. Process cash transactions, take refill orders, and gather patient information to prepare prescriptions. Manage inventory by stocking received products, reviewing invoices, and ordering supplies as requested. Coordinate nursing home medicine deliveries and mail outs while maintaining strict adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines. Clean the department, remove trash, and ensure a pleasant environment. Administer vaccines as allowed by law and maintain confidentiality of private medical information.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- High school or equivalent
- Over six months up to one year of similar or related experience
- If applicable, vaccination certification as required by law
- Must be physically able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be physically able to exert up to 10 pounds of force frequently
- Must be physically able to exert a negligible amount of force constantly
- Vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction
- Depth perception
- Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
