Job Summary
Warehouse Worker in a pharmacy fulfillment environment responsible for inventory management, order processing, shipping preparation, and proper handling of medications and supplies; supports maintaining proper storage including temperature-controlled items, monitors and updates inventory levels, prepares shipping boxes and labels, and collaborates with a team to ensure accurate dispensing and timely fulfillment of pharmacy orders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, packing, shipping, or fulfillment environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a healthcare, pharmacy, or distribution environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proven reliability and strong attendance record
- Production-focused mindset with the ability to meet performance goals
