Pharmacy Buyer

Coordinate medication procurement, maintain inventory stock levels, and manage purchasing documentation while ensuring proper storage, dating, and expiration controls. Oversee receiving, storage, and return of medications to the wholesaler, maintain invoicing for drug accounts, and coordinate disposal of expired medications. Perform aseptic compounding of parenteral admixtures, prepare medications for patients, and manage dispensing records within the NCH drug distribution system. Assist with annual inventory updates, database maintenance, and medication recall paperwork. Support pharmacy operations as a technician for unit dose cart fills, IV preparation, and prescription filling. Work onsite Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm with no weekends or holidays.
