Job Summary
Pharmacy Field Sales Territory role covering East London and Essex for Ceuta Healthcare/IQVIA. Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams and provide clear product education. Plan and run territory visits to achieve KPIs (call rate, selling calls, orders), record activity in CRM, and handle day-to-day admin while ensuring compliance and pharmacovigilance procedures. Support in-store execution, including merchandising, planograms, POS collateral, and basic supply chain tasks. Attend bi-monthly sales meetings (overnight stays required) to collaborate with team colleagues and clients. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills, with curiosity about the UK pharmacy/OTC sector and a willingness to learn CRM tools. Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation, time management and a proactive, goal-focused mindset
- Ability to present ideas simply and clearly (PowerPoint) and readiness to learn CRM tools
- Experience in Sales, Retail, Pharmacy or OTC is ideal but not essential as structured training and ongoing support are provided
