Pharmacy Billing Manager

Job Summary
Pharmacy Billing Manager oversees the day-to-day billing operations for each pharmacy and updates patient accounts to ensure consistent billing across payers per the billing manual. Manages PBM insurance payer credentialing (Medicare Part D, Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare A, Managed Care) for PSG pharmacies; collaborates with facility business office managers for Medicare Part D plans and census clarifications; reviews SQL reporting to ensure charges are billed correctly; adheres to HIPAA and regulatory requirements; and may supervise a team. The role encompasses billing integrity, payer credentialing, and cross-functional coordination with hospice plans and third-party payers; LTC pharmacy experience is a plus. Health-system, post-acute care, and long-term care billing knowledge, along with strong coordination with PBM payers and insurance-related processes, are beneficial for success.
