Job Summary
Onsite in Boise, ID, process pharmacy claims accurately and timely, triage rejected claims to determine patient benefits, ensure compliance with patient assistance program guidelines, and document information per procedures. Work cross-functionally with the Missouri-based pharmacy, compliance, and engineering teams; maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information; research needed information using available resources; adhere to safety and regulatory policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of Pharmacy Experience
- Healthcare industry experience with claims background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for providing top-notch patient care
- Active Pharmacy Technician license OR Pharmacy Technician in Training License in the state of Idaho
