Job Summary
Pharmacy Audit Analyst to support Vital Care’s pharmacy network by preparing and coordinating responses to payer audits. Duties include collecting and reviewing claim data, ensuring documentation accuracy, coordinating submissions with franchise pharmacies, communicating with payers and auditors, preparing audit outcomes, and developing training resources in the LMS. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, experience with pharmacy audits, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CareTend or similar systems is highly desirable. This remote, full-time role demands independent work, effective project management, and ongoing collaboration with franchise partners to improve audit outcomes and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years pharmacy experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Pharmacy audit experience is highly desired
- Strong business acumen and ability to grasp issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time commitments
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing software (e.g. CareTend, CPR+)
- Knowledge of specialty and/or infusion medications and standard dosages
- Understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and prescription processing
