Job Summary
Pharmacy Assistant responsible for picking raw materials and components for cleanroom compounding, performing in-process checks for 100% accuracy, sanitizing components, labeling and packaging finished products for dispatch, and coordinating with Production Specialists and Pharmacists to meet delivery times. Role requires maintaining communication with cleanrooms, performing component sanitization, and ensuring efficient production flow. Must independently handle tasks, follow GMP/SOPs, and support shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality; capable of operating in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- GMP and SOP knowledge
- 1-2 years pharmaceutical manufacturing or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to cover all shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Capacity to lift ~30 lbs
- Strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong computer skills
