Job Summary
Pharmacy Assistant role in a Canadian retail setting (Loblaw) requiring greeting patients, confirming prescription information, data entry of patient care information, third party adjudication if necessary, accurate dispensing of prescription medications, inventory control, handling OTC inquiries, and referring to a Pharmacist when needed. Responsibilities also include assisting with prescription pickup. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Pharmacy Assistant (asset), strong organizational and detail orientation, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficient data-entry and computer abilities, and flexibility to work varied hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset
