Job Summary
Pharmacy Assistant at Felix Pharmacy in Mississauga, ON, on-site, full-time. Responsibilities include registering patients, creating/updating profiles, and inputting prescription history in the pharmacy system; assisting with preparation, labeling, packaging, and shipment of prescription medications under a pharmacist's supervision; responding to inquiries from doctors and patients and escalating clinical questions when appropriate; helping manage pharmacy inventory and packaging supplies, coordinating medication orders with wholesalers/manufacturers; ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining data integrity across systems; following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace. Education required: high school diploma or GED or equivalent; minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience; English communication skills; detail-oriented; comfortable with pharmacy software (Kroll preferred); 18+ years old. Required Qualifications
