Job Summary
Assist the Pharmacist in receiving, labeling, and organizing prescription medications, retail stock, and cosmetics. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, handling point-of-sale transactions, and addressing basic inquiries regarding wellness products. Manage shelves and product displays to ensure items are well-stocked, clean, and properly priced while monitoring expiration dates. Maintain a safe, organized pharmacy environment in compliance with health standards and support digital/social media activities where required. This role operates under direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist within a growing, patient-focused pharmacare and retail company dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services and wellness products.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician certificate, diploma in a health-related field, or relevant experience in a retail pharmacy setup
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well within a team and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a community pharmacy or retail health setting
- Sound knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, wellness products, or cosmetics
- Digital savvy with basic social media literacy
