Job Summary
Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Representative at AON (American Oncology Network) handles healthcare revenue cycle tasks such as posting, reconciling, researching, analyzing, and resolving insurance claims and patient balances. Supports Revenue Manager with day-to-day financial operations for the pharmacy, requiring a High School Diploma, 1 year (2+ preferred) in Pharmacy/Medical AR or collections, familiarity with benefits verification and medical billing, strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills, and ability to work remotely when needed. Must have or prefer active Pharmacy Technician license and related software knowledge (CPR+, ONCO EMR, ORCA; MS Office). Location is Fort Myers, FL; on-site unless otherwise noted. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Pharmacy/Medical accounts receivable and collections or comparable experience is required
- Two (2) or more years is preferred
- At least one (1) year of prior work experience in the medical field with experience in benefits verification and medical billing preferred
- Certifications/Licenses: Active Registered Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence and Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) is preferred

- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM as required
