Job Summary
Pharmacy Account Specialist for Italy tasked with territory management across assigned geographical areas (Ravenna and Ferrara) within a field-force role. Responsibilities include defining and achieving sales, efficiency, and performance objectives for pharmacies and groups; selecting initiatives within budget to support client needs; negotiating strategies to maximize economic objectives; designing and implementing client-management strategies combining marketing campaigns, presentations, training modules, and other elements to promote penetration of generic medicines; ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships; delivering timely data, reports, and analyses for area meetings; supporting digital initiatives and collecting related consents; representing Sandoz ethics and values in all client interactions. Requires experience in pharma/generics, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate within compliance and regulatory boundaries, with fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work model offered.”,
