Job Summary
Pharmacovigilance Project Manager needed to act as the primary point of contact for project matters, manage client expectations, and ensure PV services meet or exceed client requirements. Responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives based on signed agreements, planning activities with deadlines and milestones, generating client and internal management reports (including Monthly reports for invoicing), and contributing to or writing aggregate reports, literature screening, reconciliation, and SOPs. The role requires proven pharmacovigilance project management experience (ideally within a service provider/CRO), comfort communicating with senior pharmaceutical stakeholders, and strong leadership, planning, mentoring, and facilitation skills. English and Japanese language proficiency are required. A Health Care Professional or Life Science graduate background is expected, with the ability to engage across global teams and locations. Required Qualifications

- PV Project Management experience
- English and Japanese language skills
