Job Summary
Pharmacovigilance Associate responsible for ensuring drug safety compliance by managing safety reports (ICSRs), supporting risk management activities, and communicating with health authorities, stakeholders, and external partners. Key duties include implementing regulatory and internal procedures, contributing to safety surveillance, maintaining quality documentation, delivering pharmacovigilance training to internal staff, and collaborating with third parties while upholding corporate policies (including HSE) and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences or equivalent)
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in pharmacovigilance or related areas
- Proficient English (minimum C1 level)
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
