Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders. Counsel patients on healthcare needs and administer immunizations alongside other Walmart-developed programs. Model proper customer service approaches to guide pharmacy staff while ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and PHI guidelines throughout all patient interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
