Job Summary
Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and provide pharmaceutical care to customers while maintaining confidential information and controlled medication documentation. Develop and execute action plans for quality patient safety, implement loss prevention and safety controls, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Model proper customer service techniques, enforce company policies, and guide associates on ethical standards and operational procedures. Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements in pharmacy operations and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
