Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders. Counsel patients on healthcare needs and administer immunizations alongside other Walmart-developed programs. Model proper customer service approaches and guide pharmacy staff on compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and PHI guidelines while fostering relationships with partners. This role requires a Staff Pharmacist with a PharmD or FPGE degree and an active license, located in Andover, MN, offering a salary range of $98,000 to $172,000 for a 40-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines
