Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders and counseling them on healthcare needs. Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Model and provide guidance to pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches. Maintain regulatory compliance with HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
