Job Summary
Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and provide pharmaceutical care to customers while maintaining confidential information and controlled medication documentation. Develop and execute action plans that improve patient safety, quality assurance, and compliance with legal policies, state regulations, and company standards. Mentor associates on proper customer service techniques, safety protocols, and ethical business practices to ensure all operational goals are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Drug-free workplace compliance
