Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders. Counsel patients on healthcare and medication needs while administering immunizations and other Walmart-developed programs. Model proper customer service approaches and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Foster relationships with customers and partners while addressing a variety of medical concerns. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and PHI guidelines throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
