Job Summary
Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to customers while maintaining confidential information and controlled medication documentation. Deliver expert advice on health care needs, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and monitor safety controls and quality assurance reviews. Develop and execute action plans to improve patient safety, implement loss prevention strategies, and guide associates on proper customer service techniques and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
