Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders while counseling them on healthcare and medication needs. Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart, ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations including HIPAA and PHI guidelines. Model proper customer service approaches to guide pharmacy staff. This role requires a Staff Pharmacist with a PharmD or equivalent degree and an active license, reporting to the pharmacy team in West Burlington, IA, with an annual salary range of $98,000 to $172,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
