Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and provide pharmaceutical care while counseling customers on medication needs. Maintain controlled medication, documentation, and confidential information in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Develop and execute action plans to improve patient safety, quality assurance, and loss prevention controls. Monitor compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures. Model ethics and integrity by enforcing company standards and guiding associates on proper service approaches. Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement intervention steps focused on risk reduction and team knowledge.
