Provide safe distribution and management of medications within a hospital setting for a traveling pharmacist on a contract assignment. The role requires an active pharmacist license for the applicable state, with availability for orientation on the 1st and 3rd Mondays, and a day shift from 08:00 to 14:00. Responsibilities include inpatient medication distribution and verification, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and adherence to standardized pharmaceutical processes. Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license for the state of application required
- Experience as a Pharmacist
- 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred
- Experience with hospital pharmacy practice preferred
- Willingness to complete facility orientation (Orientation occurs on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month)
- Previous experience in inpatient medication distribution and verification processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with hospital pharmacy systems and workflow (preferred)
- Shift hours: 08:00 to 14:00
- Shift schedule: Days
- Orientation conducted at the facility on specified orientation dates
